Bildutruck is a company dedicated to the national and international road transport of goods, with extensive experience in this sector.

As the highest representative of Bildutruck and in order that all the activities and processes of the company are oriented towards the continuous improvement of Bildutruck, I establish the following Policy:

• Bildutruck exists because its customers exist; consequently, Quality consists of satisfying the needs agreed with the Customers at the lowest cost and with the best service. To this end, the Customers’ point of view must be known throughout the company and must be measured in order to evaluate their degree of satisfaction.
• In order to comply with its customers, Bildutruck understands that it is very important to also meet the needs and expectations of all interested parties, and for this purpose, it will periodically review these needs and expectations, as well as their fulfillment.
• The competitiveness of Bildutruck is absolutely necessary for the company’s permanence in the market, and for this purpose, the Quality System implemented according to the ISO 9001 standard must be aimed at achieving customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and the overall optimization of the company’s resources, fulfilling all the requirements demanded by the customer, by the Interested Parties, as well as those legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our Company.
• Bildutruck is committed to the path of Continuous Improvement and for this purpose, it must integrate the Planning, Execution, Verification and Analysis cycle into the Quality System to do things right the first time.
• Quality is manufactured in each job in the company, from the one that collects the needs of the Customer, to the one that transports their goods, and this entails the need for collaboration and commitment of all its members to satisfy this Quality Policy.
• Establish quantifiable objectives derived from this Policy annually.

The task of improving Quality is, first of all, a responsibility of Management, and therefore I commit to:

• Provide the necessary human and technical resources, also providing adequate training to the personnel who perform their duties with the required levels of quality.
• Comply with this Policy by reviewing it annually to verify its suitability.
• Ensure its implementation, compliance and effectiveness by supervising the fulfillment of the objectives derived from it.
• Make this Policy known to all personnel, ensuring that it is understood and implemented throughout the organization.
